Information you choose to provide
Our appointment form may collect your name, telephone number, email address, preferred service, requested date and time, and any message or special requirements. Our contact form collects your name, telephone number, email address, and message. If you include health information, we use it only as reasonably needed to respond, arrange care, or prepare for your visit.
Please do not submit information about another person unless you are authorised to do so. Website forms are not continuously monitored and should not be used for emergencies.
Information collected when you use the site

Where form information goes
Appointment information may be stored in the clinic website database, sent to the clinic's Google Sheets workflow, and delivered through Brevo or the configured email service so the team can respond. Contact enquiries may be stored in the website database, sent to the clinic's Google Sheets workflow, and delivered by email. The clinic also uses Kreloses clinic-management software to support scheduling and treatment records. Hosting, database, clinic-management, email, Google, and ElevenLabs providers process information to the extent needed for the services used.
We do not sell or rent information submitted through the clinic's website. Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, protect a person or the clinic, investigate misuse, or comply with an applicable requirement.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and for applicable clinic, professional, administrative, security, and legal requirements. Different records can have different retention periods.
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website and clinic workflow. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use the minimum information necessary in an online message.
