- Bring relevant records. If available, bring previous dental records or recent X-rays, together with a list of medicines, allergies, and health conditions.
- Write down your questions. Note what you would like assessed and any concerns about treatment, costs, or follow-up visits.
- Tell us about support needs. Let the clinic know in advance if you feel anxious, need help communicating, or have access requirements.
- Check fees and coverage. Ask about current consultation fees and, if relevant, whether your insurance provider and proposed treatment are covered.
When you arrive
Our clinic is at No. 154, Jalan Dato Bandar Tunggal, Bandar Seremban, 70000 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. You will be asked for contact details and a medical history because general health and medicines can affect dental care. Please arrive a few minutes early if you need time to complete the form.
Find the clinic on the map and check contact details before setting off. Monday to Friday hours are 9:00am–1:00pm and 2:00pm–5:30pm; Saturday hours are 9:00am–1:00pm and 2:00pm–4:30pm. The clinic is closed on Sunday and during the 1:00pm–2:00pm lunch break. Public-holiday hours may vary, so call or WhatsApp before travelling.
The dental examination
The dentist will ask what brought you in and examine your teeth, gums, bite, and other oral tissues. X-rays are not automatic; they may be recommended when the expected diagnostic benefit justifies them. The exact steps depend on your symptoms, history, and clinical findings.
